Fanwood Chiropractor Explains Nearly All Teens Are Falling Short on Exercise & Sleep
Teens appear to get too little sleep, not enough exercise, and too much screen time.
A study involving nearly 60,000 teenagers found that only 5% met daily recommendations of ten hours of sleep, one hour of exercise, and less than two hours of screen time.
The research team notes that it is no secret that teens are attached to their technology, stay up too late, or spend a lot of time being sedentary, but the percentage was a big surprise.
