Past studies have tied moderate coffee consumption with lower risks of various diseases, such as heart disease, type 2 diabetes, liver cancer, Parkinson's disease, and multiple sclerosis.

Now, an analysis of data concerning 700,000 middle-aged and older adults found that daily coffee drinkers were up to 18% less likely to die over the next 10 to 16 years than non-coffee drinkers. Chiropractor Eric Chludzinski of Fanwood Back Relief Center in Fanwood provides the details.
