Chronic Neck Pain, Pillows and Chiropractic Care in Fanwood

Past research has demonstrated that poor sleeping posture can lead to cervical pain and discomfort, especially in the morning. A new study involving 30 chronic neck pain patients under chiropractic treatment found that those who used a pillow designed to support the neck during sleep experienced even greater improvements with respect to their neck pain and disability.
