Does Exercise Reduce Depression?

In a recent study involving over 1,100 adults, researchers found that while moderate or vigorous exercise reduced depressive symptoms in men, female participants did not appear to experience the same benefit. Further research is needed to confirm the findings and to determine what role, if any, exercise can have in the management of depression among women.
