Fanwood Chiropractor Explains How Exercising in the Evening Won't Cause Sleep Issues
Many sleep guidelines recommend against exercising in the evening; however, new research suggests otherwise.
An analysis of 23 past studies revealed that when people participated in physical activity in the evening, they spent more in deep sleep, which is especially important for physical recovery.

Lead author Dr. Jan Stutz adds, "People can do exercise in the evening without hesitation. The data shows that moderate exercise in the evening is no problem at all… However, vigorous training or competitions should be scheduled earlier in the day, if possible."
