Chiropractor Fanwood Explains How Much Exercise You Need

The Library of Medicine at the National Institutes of Health recommends the following to get the right amount of physical activity: adults should engage in 30 minutes of aerobic activity each day and strength train twice a week; children and teens should be physically active for 60 minutes every day and strength train three days per week; and seniors, pregnant women, and those with disabilities should consult with their doctor before starting an exercise program.
