Manual Therapy
Improves Sit-to-Stand Tasks in Fanwood
Manual Therapy Improves Sit-to-Stand Tasks. Among a group of 40 adults with low back pain, researchers observed that the application of spinal manipulation and mobilization to the lumbar spine and pelvic region improved performance on sit-to-stand assessments. The study reveals the effect that manual therapies can have on neuromuscular control and movement in populations suffering from low back pain.
Fanwood Chiropractor Eric Chludzinski of Fanwood Back Relief Center talks about how manual therapy improves sit-to-stand tasks.
