The United States Preventive Services Task Force is changing its 2012 recommendations on what helps and what doesn't when it comes to preventing falls.
The panel's review of existing research showed insufficient evidence to recommend vitamin D supplementation, but they continue to recommend exercise as your best bet for reducing falls in Fanwood.
