Do You Live in Fanwood and Know What Risk Factors You Have for Low Back Pain?

Eighty percent of Americans will suffer from low back pain at some point in their lives.

The National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke lists the following risk factors for lower back pain in Fanwood: advancing age, a low fitness level, pregnancy, weight gain, genetics, repetitive and/or heavy lifting occupations, and wearing a heavy backpack.

Some of these risks can be reduced by living a more active lifestyle, maintaining a healthy weight, and improving ergonomics in the workplace.
