Chiropractor Fanwood Explain How Spinal Manipulation Reduces Neuropathic Pain
Spinal Manipulation Reduces Neuropathic Pain
Neuropathic pain is often described as a shooting or burning sensation caused by a spinal injury, stroke, diabetes, multiple sclerosis, or other metabolic disorders.
In a new study involving rats with induced neuropathic pain, researchers found that spinal manipulative therapy reduced the subjects' neuropathic symptoms.
Doctors of chiropractic often utilize spinal manipulation to treat patients with conditions that cause neuropathic pain.
